At Leap Boards, we strive to get your skateboards, gear, and apparel to you quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for shipping information.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We will send you a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information (when available).
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).
- Orders under $50 incur a calculated shipping fee (calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and carrier rates).
- Shipping rates are displayed in your cart before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. They depend on your location, carrier performance, and other factors. Typical U.S. delivery times after processing:
- Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days (standard shipping).
- Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days.
- International (select countries): 10–30 business days (customs delays may apply).
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Carriers We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. Tracking is provided where available, but some international shipments may have limited tracking.
Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify an order, please contact us immediately at info@leapboards.com before it ships.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue (e.g., file a claim or reship if applicable).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
Wholesale Orders Wholesale customers (via our wholesale application process) may have customized shipping terms, rates, or arrangements discussed during approval. Standard retail shipping policy applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Important Notes
- Shipping times and availability are estimates only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers or third parties.
- All risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
